When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and city/state. We store your search history locally on your device to provide faster results and recommendations.
We use your information to send ticket price alerts and notifications, provide personalized recommendations, pre-fetch search results for faster performance, and send our weekly digest email. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your account information is stored securely via Supabase. Search history is stored locally on your device. We use Resend for email delivery.
SeatGrab searches across third-party ticket and flight platforms. When you click through to purchase you are subject to those platforms own privacy policies. We use Anthropic AI to power search and price analysis.
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us at Vainair886@gmail.com.
SeatGrab is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
